Am i overtraining my bicepts by doing back the day after bicepts. any help would be greatly appreciated

2. My pet peeve is a "leg" day in a routine. Why do you have three separate workout days for everything above your waist and then dedicate one day to everything below? Think about the backward logistics of this.
i would put back and chest back2back then do legs and then do arms. This is what i do
split chest(morning) back(night)
split quads(morning/with calves) hams(night with calves)
split morning(shoulders, tris) night (tris/bis)
