60 on each side, close grip bench is great for tricep strength and size

I've always loved the french press for triceps, I'll use a 40 or 50 for 6-8 reps. Would be more, but i cant risk ****ing up my shoulder again. I'll throw on 35's on each side.

I used to rely solely on skulls for tris. I still love them but I've incorporated several other tri exercises and see so much better shape, size, and definition now.

I always have a very difficult time trying to say that one exercise for a certain body part is best because they do different things for me.

45's on each side. but i think my EZ curl bar weighs 35 - it's not the regular ones that weigh 25 lbs. thicker handle and longer.

let's not forget dips now either.....

oh yah, i totally don't rely just on skull crushers for tris! lol.....no no

i agree with all you boys who are down with the close grip bench.....i always save it for last on my tri days and it just destroys them

Well, I do them skull crushers for 12 reps with 250lbs on an slightly inclined bench. Great for mass, even though I must say I feel a much better pump when I do this exercise with 50lbs less and performed with cables.

Skull crushers are good, but weighted dips are the KING of tricep exercises. Nothing builds strength or puts on mass faster. I mean dips with FRM, not hangings two plates off your dick and bending 10-15 degrees. (At least the set up is impressive.)

I normally superset skull crushers with a bicep movement, so I normally go up to 20 kgs (44 lbs) on a side since i can't curl what i can push. Feels like my arms are going to pop like overcooked weenies by the end of the sixth set!

I love em as well, I use the straight bar, not to great on the elbows but I get huge size gains from doing them. I usually put a 45 and a ten on each side. Something like 145 lbs.

    Whatcha gonna do.....
