Is A Sauna Or Steam Room Ok??

I am fixin to start a cutting diet (fat loss diet) and I am not necessarily concerned about muscle loss, mainly just fat loss, although I will be doinga little weight training but mostly just cardio. My question is would it be ok to sit in the steamroom for about 10 min or so after my workouts?? I know its a stupid question but i was just curious?? Will this help or hurt my fat loss goals??? Thanks in advance for any advice you guys can offer! Thanks bro's!!

P.S. I will not be on any A.S. Just straight cardio and clean diet. Just wanted to add that in. No A.S.

You should think about what you're doing a lil bit more before you begin, you'll appreciate it later.

To answer your question, you would be better off doing 10 min cardio than 10 min sauna.

My cardio will consists of 30-40 min of Cardio.....I'm not saying I will slack off cardio 10 min and just do 10 min of Cardio.....I was asking more of would it hurt anything. I would enjoy it more than trying to do it for fat loss, but am just curious??

Well, its really not going to have any effect on fat loss. Honestly, If i did the sauna, I would just continually drink water as I was in there, and then stay in there until my sweat doesn't taste salty anymore. It would be pointless to stay any longer than that IMO.
