Just wondering how many calories you burn when doing cardio?....say 1/2 hour of moderate cardio (not too intense per swolecat---see I research)...I know most gym equip has the digital readouts...do you guys pay attention to the results? Just wondering

@ a heart rate of about 150ish i think i burn about 200 calories in a half hour.
Your basal metabolic rate is what burns 60% of your calories throughout the day though.
I have heard if u play racketball u will losr around 600-800 cals an hour. I play three times a week/2 hrs each time and it is making me lose crazy fat.....well the t3/clen and eca dont hurt either i guess
