    do you stop training totaly when sick?

    i have a stomach virus and its killing my appetite and sometimes causes me to throw up meals. do you think its best to stop training totaly till im over it?

    yeah its probably best. i went to the gym for a little tonight. i could hardly lift and felt like **** so i just came home about a 3rd through my workout. im going to sleep it off i think.
    im somewhat scared by the prospect of not entering the gym for a few days though :/

    Better a few days than a couple of weeks. I would always be stubborn and try to keep lifting and end up making myself so sick that I had to stop everything for a week or so.

    Some times it does not pay to have a hard head...(insert joke here).
