How Many Exercises Per Body Part?
I've been training for probably a year and a half now, gaining results, but probably slower than most of the population. I always wondered though, what is a good amount of exercises per body parts? I'll post my routines if you guys want to critique them

it depends on how you feel.
large muscle groups usually 15 sets for me
and small usually 10-12 sets.. but twice a week.

I am a beginner and I dont know that that has any signifigance but I do 3 to 4 sets per body part. That is after my warm up though and my warm up will go until I feel like my muscles are ready and I have the right form down.

i have read and heard that working a muscle group twice a week is best.if u could post your workout it would be greatly appreciated.
