To target the glutes, I would have to say BARBELL LUNGES.Quote:

deadlifts, if you do them correctly will help
Lunges, squats and Step-ups. Personally I think Step- Ups and Lunges really target the glutes. Real deep squats I can feel in that area as well.
Yea, i would say lunges really kill the glutes...for squats, i'd say you'd have to go deep, beoynd parallel to really kill the glutes.
