    Best Glutes/Ass Exercise

    I hate my ass, it's flabby.

    What are the best ways/exercises besides squatting to help me improve this area?

    To target the glutes, I would have to say BARBELL LUNGES.

    Do a two warm up sets of 10 with just the bar, then add two 35 lbs, do a set, then add 10 lbs a side for each subsequent set. Do a total of four working sets. Go to the Smith machine, put four-fives on each side. Do two sets.

    Next day your ass will feel like you spent a bad night in prison.

    deadlifts, if you do them correctly will help

    Lunges, squats and Step-ups. Personally I think Step- Ups and Lunges really target the glutes. Real deep squats I can feel in that area as well.

    Yea, i would say lunges really kill the glutes...for squats, i'd say you'd have to go deep, beoynd parallel to really kill the glutes.
