Lower Body trouble
My lower bady is so bad my legs and @ss are huge i weigh 215 and thats were all the wight is ...............i would like 2 now effective workouts with repetiotn to cut these dawgs dont got some tips

is it muscular huge or little muscle covered by fat huge?
muscular huge?? -> good job, now get the upper body on par
flabby huge??? -> incorporate some cardio in after your workouts or do any aerobic activity through the day but still wrok your legs nice and heavy to build muscle up so that in turn helps to burn fat

fat huge no cut just huge im not obese but i am 215 but all the wight is in my legs i am lifting real hard on my upper and now i dont now how to do my legs cuz i want to cut them down

well... high rep the legs out..
do 30 rep sets... and do drop sets. And your diet is what you wanna work on if you want cuts.
