help on back and shoulders
I am wanting a routine to target my back and shoulders more so than my other body parts, I want to workout 5 days a week doing shoulders once pretty heavy and once pretty light, and back heavy and once light.. anybody have an idea on how to put in a 5 day workout week including all the main body parts? Right now my workout is as follows
monday chest
tuesday legs
wednesday back, biceps
thursday triceps
friday shoulders
back and shoulders could be worked on the say light day . I will probably use most cables that day, any advice will be appreciated
