Hey all,
Im having trouble with my pecs, (biceps kinda too). Im just made like that my father and brother are like that too., We just have a hard time getting pecs but shoulders/back/triceps just explode when we train and eat.
Woundering if any of you guys have had this problem and if you can suggest some good workouts to get my pecs filled out and looking equal with the rest of my bodt.
