have 10 lbs right now..

40mg dbol 1-4
40mg anavar 5-12
500 cyp 1-12
200mg primo depot 6-12
50mg winny 6-12
20mg nolv ed 1-12
femera 2.5 eod...1-12

diet....... 6 small a day... post protein and as needed.. the hunger is coming back..

Normally i do a 4 day split with 3 days off...
2 on mon-tues
wed off
thurs fri-
usually cardio on the off days.. sports activies on the weekend
heavy negatives 1 x a month

Issues are.. i am making mad gains.. recovery is very quick.... i feel that i could go heavy negatives like every day.... (maybe i will try that for 2 weeks.) don't want to do the over training thing

Except leg day.. the dbol blew up my lower back so bad i almost didn't make it back to the car.. (Just tight, all pumped up)

I am seeking thoughts on do you change up (over train) during a cycle..
