    Please critique on my DC style routine

    I read the great article on the DC program. I want to do it and i designed a routine that could apply more to my football traing as well. let me know if this is cool or any thoughts on changes.

    *note that all exercises are followed by the extreme streches and that the split is a mon/wed/fri

    Day1
    Semi Close Grip Incline Smith
    Push Press
    Closegrip Bench
    Pullups
    Barbell Curls
    Wrist Curls
    Crunches

    Day 2
    Standing Raises
    Deadlifts
    Seated leg curls
    Back Squats
    Leg Lifts

    Day 3
    Low Incline Dumbbell Press
    Dumbell Press
    Dips
    Dumbbell rows
    Hammer Curls
    Supenated wrist curls
    Crunches

    Day 4
    Toe Press
    Front Box Squats
    Cleans
    Stiffleg Deadlifts
    Leg Lifts

    Day 5
    Flat Bench
    Seated Military Press
    Skull Crushers
    Bentover Rows
    Cable Curls
    Wrist Curls
    Crunches

    Day 6
    Seated Raises
    Leg Press
    Deadlifts
    Lying leg curls
    Leg Lifts

    I don't think it's the best idea to modify it that much from the way he had it set up, day one your doing too much presses, day three too many presses don't like deads after legpress, etc. basically your throwing too much into the routine each day, and in no way are you gonna get the maximum benefits. The program was designed for one exercise, maximum intensity.
