Hey fellas,
My current weight is 155lbs and I want to gain to about 165-170. Is that a lot of massing effort to accommplish. After that goal has been achieved, I really wanna get really cut. I can't take any cutting supplements because of legal issues (ie. pee test). What should my daily calorie intake be (massing)? And then daily calorie for cutting?
