hey bro's,
the last week or so my lower legs have really been achine. up the sides and back and center. so pretty much all through. they mostly ache when i train wether it be cardio or wieght. then they generally ache for the day that i train then on my off days they feel ok. i train 2 on 1 off with wieghts (bulking) and cardio every 2-3 days of about a 3-4 mile run. i was thinking i may be over stressing my lower legs and i was going to back off the running for a couple of weeks and do more biking and rowing for cardio.
any suggestions as to what the problem is or how to fix it? thanks all!
