    Quick question: Can I work out upper back if lower back is sore

    My lower back is sore from doing squats. Can I work out upper back tonight? I was thinking some lat pulldows, seated cable rows, and something else. Or would that be overtraining since I'll surely use my lower back a little bit?

    i dont think your lower back is supposed to sore from doing squats though is it?
