i heard that they can increase your forearm 50-100% of its size.. i think i read it in a bb mag but yeah them ****s seem to kick ass..
yeah, i use the captain's of crush from www.ironmind.com - definitely a great forearm workout. have to do them as an entire workout - impossible to do with my forearm curls
I use Captains of Crush also from ironmind. I do a grip workout once a week with wrist curls, grippers and plate pinches. Doesn't take long and has really helped my grip strength out.

I personally like the plate pinches and the towel pullups. After a couple sets of those youll be shaking your hands like a little b!tch. These exercizes will add some serious strength to your forearms, hands, and even fingers.

Used to use em in phases when I was grappling regularly but it's been awhile. Dunno if they make your forearms much bigger but they strengthen the hell outta your grip.
