Are you doing sport specific training? Bodybuilding? Powerlifting?

Depending on your goals, your split looks either good or bad. Some more info on your goals and what you're training for.

Personlay for bulking, I could never pull off a high intensity back/legs day... let alone adding an arm mucle group.
Although you are keeping your workouts to a minimum so just give it a go for a month or two and see how it works for you. One thing I'm trying right now it mixing up what you have your tri days with your bi days. So you get a slight bi workout with back day, and a slight tri workout with chest/shoulder day...but then you hit the opposite arm mucle harder on those days. (If you see what I mean) (bi's on chest, tri's on back)
Seems to be helping my arms out.

    1- arms
    2- legs
    3- off
    4- chest, shoulders
    5-off
    6- back
