Boxing lifting question
Is there anyone here that can help me out with a two day a week lifting program. I only have the time and energy to do twice a week. Boxing has been zapping all of my energy. I haven't lifted in a long time.
Could you also please include the neck machine as one of the exercises. I need help with planning a program that is practical. I would like to keep some strength and get some hardness even with all the cardio with the boxing. I'm 24 6' 205.

Go to dragondoor.com, read on there forum, lots of fighters(mainly MMA) to give advice. I would recommend Kettlebells. After trying them I realize how they equate into a fighters workout. They get your heart pounding and they teach you explosivness, and will build muscle endurance/strength. Add in some bodyweight exercises and your set.
