When working two muscle groups a day

When working two muscle groups a day. Ex Back & Bi's is it better to do a bicep then back bicep then back or all of the biceps then all the back. Also how long should it take to work two muscle groups 1hr to 1hr and a half good?

I prefer to work the large muscle group first, but it doesn't hurt to switch it up every so often.

I mix everything all up. I can do most of my back excercises without relying too much on my bi's or tri's, so I'll do one set for my back, then one set for my bi's, then a different movement for my back and then a set for my tri's (something like that).
