    tricep help

What exercises will hit the outer part of the tricep. my left tricep has nice definition on the outer part but my right doesnt even though it still is pretty thick. I am not sure how to explain what part but it is the part you would see if you were looking at yourself in the miror with your shoulder facing it.

I've been using cables lately for my tri's. I do two sets pulling the cable down with an inward grip and two sets pulling the cable down with an outward grip. I haven't done any measurements to see if there is any real growth, but I sure feel in.

Pushdowns with a rope(twisting your hands downward at the bottom) has helped mine a lot........make sure i concentrate hard on that area when doing those.

Hey bro..I know you're not too big of a fan of mine, but i had the same problem. Try this routine if you like, it worked great for me. I work chest and triceps in the same day.

    Close grip benchpress: 8,6,6
    Tricep pulldowns: 8, 6,6
    Rope pulldowns: 8,6,6
    Frenchpress: 8, 8, 6
    Skullcrushers : 8, 6

14 is alotta sets i know, but it's worked great for me. My tri's get a huge pump, and they're equally balanced nicely....Now i just have to get my left bicep even :-/

You might wanna pause and hold it for a few seconds too..That helped me out some as well. I'm doing the same thing for my left bicep, trying to balance it out now and it's working good. Good luck bro,
