    Reverse Tricep pushdowns

What are the benefits of doing tricep pushdowns with a reverse grip? Does it hit a different part of the tricep than doing tricep pushdowns with an overhand grip?

I feel a huge difference between the two. The reverse grip gives my arms more of a pump than with the overhand grip.

I guess the question was if it works another part of the tricep. I think it does. Which one works which more, I'm not sure.

Would it be wise to do tricep pushdowns both overhand AND underhand(reverse)?
