Training (once or twice a week) ?
I have been hitting the weights pretty dang hard lately, and I am getting gains, but which is best. Once or twice ? I hit heavy first part of the week (6-8) reps and light at the end (12-15) reps. We all know most of us use gear, so should I continue way I'm doing or just do each body part once a week. I want to get the most out of each cycle. I'm 5'7 195lbs.

do whatever works for you...for me it works once a week for some it doesnt you have to find your way cant really rely on other ppls routines
