any choice to am cardio
Whats up all? Because of my schedule, i can not get to the gym untill 7pm. I usaully lift then do some cario 30 min slow walk. My goal is to shed some fat while try to maintain most of my strenghth., I have notice that over the past few weeks of doing this, my strenght is decreasing. i am consuming 2500 kcal a day and think that im doing too much cardio... what do u all think? is doing cardio at night not gonna burn fat or just muscle? my last meal b4 the gym is about 5-5:30 and i end up on the treadmill around 9

when do you go to the gym?? u should bring ur last meal up so its like an hour or two away from when u hit the gym..when u cutting up its not absurd that ur strength goes downhill a bit. bodybuilding fitness forums hype muscle bodybuilders

Most people accept loss of strength and size when cutting. You can try taking some HMB to slow down the breakdown of muscle. If you're not able to eat closer to the time you workout, then atleast take a meal replacement drink of some sort. Even Gatorade is better than nothing.

Why can't you just wake up earlier in the morning?
There's no reason to lose strength and size while cutting.
Ask anyone who has worked with Swolecat.

Preferbly for cutting fat, you should cardio in da AM, but nothing wrong with cardioing at PM. Fat does cut in PM just a little harder then AM thats all. If done properly it does work.
