How to get big arms
I have grown very much in the last 3 years of lifting. But it seems like i can never get my arms to grow. I work out 5 days a week doing: day 1 chest, day 2 back, day 3 legs, day 4 shoulders, and day 5 arms. Is there anything more i could to get big arms(like throw them in to another day). Thanks for your help.

They are a very tricky part to train I reckon. You over work them a little and they will shrink. You have to try few different things for yourself and eventually you will find something that suits you. I love training my gunsss
