    I got in some good cardio today by....

    PICKING UP MY F***ING CARDIO BIKE AND SHAKING IT UNTIL IT WAS DEAD! PEICE OF SH!T!! What can you expect? It was on sale at Wal-Mart right? I think I may have fixed the problem though, but it is kinda aggrivating to just started working up a sweat, and then have to get off with a wrench because the damm nuts are flying everywhere.

    hahaha, i prefer running anyway, makes my ass hurt if i stay on the bike too long, can't wait till it warms up and i can run outside again

    I was under the impression that cardio was bad for powerlifters. Cardio and stretching lowers your maximum strength. So what if you have a heart attack you will be the strongest guy in intensive care

    Hehe, yeah I'm done with the powerlifting though. Don't have time to compete anymore. But when I did powerlift I never stretched and only did cardio when I was forced too. Going for a new look now though.
