I know Key, Scott and every member on this board will flame the crap out of me for this but.......I do my cardio before lifting. But that's just me......however I don't do cardio before hand on leg day. On those days I do cardio in the PM.

    you're a moron!

just kidding juggy, you know you're the man, i guess it really depends on the individual and the type of cardio you do, i do hiit, so i'm pretty wiped out afterward, and lifting would be pretty difficult, but if you're in really good shape, and you do "target zone" type cardio, you shouldn't have too much trouble lifting after cardio, hell, i run a half mile before every lifting session to warm up, and it actually helps me

you burn more calories and fat when you do cardio AFTER your lift. I got that from a study in men health. whne doing cardio after you burn 130 calories of fat as opposed to burning only about 70 when lifting second

They say you don't have as much energy to work out if you do cardio right before working out. If you do cardio a couple hours before your workout, you will probably have more energy and you'll be less prone to have an injury if you did a full body cario.

If your looking to get or stay lean, Its best to do a 7-10 min warm up (walk, or slow jog) to get your heart rate going and then Lift and then do cardio.

The initial warm up will get your heart rate going enough to help burn more calories during your work out.
In studies the body is shown to continue to burn calories for quite awile after a workout on its own, so they say that when cardio is done after a workout you can burn more calories than normal.

    Hope That helps
