How To Keep Track Of Heart Rate During Cardio??

Anyone know anywhere to get a gadget that will keep track of your heart rate? A cheap gadget?? I've been using the thing on the tradmill that you put your palms on but I'm not sure how accurate that is?? Any help bros????????? Thanks!!

Just use the tredmill, the other heart rate trcakers wouldnt be any more or less accurate

Get a HR monitor at Academy or sporting goods store.

Costs no more than 15 bucks and can make a BIG difference in your progress, as it becomes much easier to stay in your target zone.

most treadmills have grips where that measure your heart rate.. but in my opinion get a watch with that displays your heart rate. some days you dont really want to go to the gym for your cardio and want to walk around your neighborhood.. or you might even do you daily errands while keeping in you target heart rate

Find your radial pulse which is on your thumb side in the wrist area and count how many beats in 15 seconds and mulitply by 4.

Do the heart rate monitorsthat you wear on your riist like a watch.....yeah those.....anyway, do they CONSTANTLY keep track of your heart rate??? So you can just look down and see what your heart rate is? OR do you just have to reach down and press a button or something every time you want to see what your heart rate is???? Kind of a weird question but thanks bro's!!!!

i got a HR monitor for my birthday and i love it...it definitely helps me stay in my zone and also i realized that i dont have to go as hard as i was to stay there. i would recommend it to anyone with some extra cash to blow.
