    Cutting workout

If I want to tighten my skin and lose fat. Should I do less weight with more and faster rep? or stick to heavy 8-12

cardio? less weight, faster sets will do nothing (this is what i call aerobics) it will just raise your heart rate up... Use a weight that still has a good amount of resistance, and i would say go until you can barely finish your set... Also don't wait very long between sets... This is not an excuse to be sloppy with your training, but try to blast through your workouts...

your doing more cardio.... so you actually want less time in the weight room, you'll burn to many calories and lose to much muscle. Keep your in weightroom time to 30-45 minutes..

so Its actually better to keep doing the heavy weights, you'll save time.

I agree with bigoldlegs except that u can still put in a good hour in the weight room if u split ur weight room to the am and ur cardio to the Pm or visa versa...

Try to stay heavy, a muscle is a 24/7 calorie burner so keep as much as possible!

If your really want to cut up, keep the weights at a medium level with high rep counts.

What do you base this on? Experiance?

I continue to go as heavy as i can, bump up your intensity if you lower the weights.
