ok bros, heres my deal, on my monday lifts i am required to workout with the team (football), our work out only takes an hour including stretching and abs, and i always like to do more stuff after, my prob is that on monday i can only lift for that hour b/c i have a class, you guys think it would be ok if i did my hour, when to class for an hour, and then went back and finished up, or is there no point at all?
