is my workout screwed up??
ok bros, heres my deal, on my monday lifts i am required to workout with the team (football), our work out only takes an hour including stretching and abs, and i always like to do more stuff after, my prob is that on monday i can only lift for that hour b/c i have a class, you guys think it would be ok if i did my hour, when to class for an hour, and then went back and finished up, or is there no point at all?

that would be fine.
just be sure not to over do it...
u can work out 5times a day if you want to.
u just want to be carful not to stress your muscles from working them too hard.
just split the workout up a little..
what are you working on mondays?

my work out is like this (this is mandatory):
speed bench 8x2
shoulder press 3x15
upright rows 3x15
DB curls 3x15
Skull crushers 5x5
then i go on and do another tri or 2, and then a couple more bis
this workout was givin to us by Paul Childress, so when one of the best powerlifters in world tells ya what to do, i guess you do it

i would stick w/ finishing chest and tris in the after noon then.
u dont want to do that same routine in the pm again.
u cant really over do it on those two b/c your am workout does not stress them all that much.

i have already been on the program for 2 weeks and my 4 rep max has gone from 265 up to 280 for 4, but i think the prop and cyp are helpin out just a lil bit, lol
