I have a problem with my left pec, it wont grow like my right pec. my straingth is about the same on each side but, my right is more develope (arond the lower area) then my left.
my w/o is as followed
bumbell press
3 set 10-6 each
incline machine
3 sets 10-6
decline cables
3 sets of 10
should i change my workout? do more on my left?
