    do i have to talk to it to make it grow

    I have a problem with my left pec, it wont grow like my right pec. my straingth is about the same on each side but, my right is more develope (arond the lower area) then my left.

    my w/o is as followed

    bumbell press
    3 set 10-6 each

    incline machine
    3 sets 10-6

    decline cables
    3 sets of 10

    should i change my workout? do more on my left?

    You can always Uni-Lateral your Chest workouts also.

    Do all Dumbell movements and flies and start off with your Left (or weaker) side first. Then match up the reps on the right side. If needbe, do an extra set for the left side.

    Don't lock out. Keep constant tension. Some clowns are going to tell you it's cheating, but it's not. Constant tension is what it's all about. Don't lock out anytime.
