New workout routine
I have been doing a new rutine called 8,8 and 8.
8 sets of 8 reps with 8 sec breaks. I started this when I began cutting about 2 weeks ago and the gains have been unreal. After I get through with my workout I get on the tread mill with a heartrate monitor for cardio. And I am already in my targeted heartrate before I even start.

that sounds like a modified version of the poliquin 8X8 system, only difference is in his system, you rest 20 to 30 secs, i did that as a way to give my joints a rest and it worked great, it kicks your ass too!
