    Question My Routine. Should I Make changes ?

    Hey everyone heres my workout plan, tell me if its good enough, because I think i can do way more. And oh ya i am basically going for bulk right now.

    yeah by the looks of it, i'd say you could do a little more. you're basically doing next to nothing - never hitting the calves, quads, hamstrings, chest, bi's, tri's, back, abs, traps, delts - might want to rethink your plan.
