numbness? am i lacking of some minerals?
when doing dumbell bench press and squats, i sometimes suffer from numbness in my forearms. why is this so? am i lacking in some things? minerals? i stretch thoroughly before my workout...

Drink more h20, take in a multi vitamin ed. Some potassium from a banana might help.
