OK so here is my problem, i seemed to have reached what i would call athletes block. I cant seem to get down to 8 percent body fat. I have been stuck now at 10ish for almost a month and nothing seems to work. I have been running almost every day for about 2.5 miles at a decent 8 min pace. One of my lifting buddies recommended that instead of running 3 miles i should sprint 1. Any opinions would be appreciated.
