need a program for mass and strength!!!!!!!

I'm currently a college football player and I'M looking for a program that will boost my size and strenght, My current program for my college is not very good. But anyways i was wondering if you have an ideas on what program i should try that would accomplish the 2 things i mentioned. Also my diet is in check as well.

for size, up your calories, for strenght, i like to do sets of six reps very heavy weight. every week ad 5 to 10 pounds on evry lift, even if you cant get six, this will help shock your body. i think it is mostly diet though.

You got to try this program I just finished. He does a type of 5x5 training. Check out the training forum a ironmagazine.com. It's the strength program at the top.

    I thought I was strong already. Squat 405, bench 345, dead 475.
Now I'm up to: Squat 455, bench 365, dead 525.

I would have to say either 4 sets of 5 reps or 5 sets of 4 reps. this does not establish definition but just strength and size. Make sure you're doing it on a very heavy weight. once you get all of the reps for all of your sets move up 5 pounds until you get that one, even if you only get 3 reps on the last set keep on the same weight til you get the total reps then jump 5 lbs again. High protein, high calories etc will help increase size there are a few good HEAVY WEIGHT GAINERS, which are protein shakes if you were wondering. I know that www.supplementgiant.com has good ones (i.e. Serious Mass, Nlarge, Heavy Weight Gainer 900) you might also want to check ASN because they sponsor the board.

    10 weeks.

I don't take any juice or use equipment, except a belt. You can call or email the guy. He'll talk to you about what your doing and where you'll be at the end of his program.

I'll post the link in a few min.
