The correct way to go about cutting my legs down (ass thighs and hips to)
I have posted on this subject numorous times i need to know the correct excercises and the right reps to cut these monsters down

if you mean you want to lose muscle, why would you want to do that? if you mean you want to lose fat on them, try a sprinting program 3 times a week, and diet, there's really no such thing as spot reduction
you're question probably didn't get answered because it was difficult to understand what you're really asking
