    About the ddogcrapp routine..

I have started doing the ddogcrapp routine, and I like it so far. What I am wondering is, with the high intensity, low volume, will my mucles get larger but appear to be less ripped?

The training routine is mainly for bulking, but some guys use it when dieting down as well.

Muscle density is muscle density regardless of how it is achieved...bodyfat percentage is what gives a muscle that hard defined look.
