    Good weight?

Im 5'8 155lbs.... I've been working out hard for about 2 years now.

Chest- warm up set of 135 10-12 reps. Flat bench.
    -2nd set- 185lbs 12 reps
    -3rd set - 225lbs 6 reps
    -4th set - 260lbs 2-3 reps.

Then i do dumbells 4 sets
    1st- 60's 70's 80's then 90's
usually the same for incline and decline and flat

    What do you think?

Man I'm 5'8 180lbs and my max bench is 240 so your chest is very strong. But do you do legs or back??

yeah i do everything... my back is also very strong i usually just go heavy with back, weighted rows, pulldowns, some sets with cables. My legs are strong but not as strong as i want them to be i just recently really started working out my legs hard. Im getting on my first cycle very soon and i hope to put at least 20 lbs on my body weight and hopefully hit over 300 on bench.... oh and maybe even get my **** legs stronger.

thats pretty **** good for your weight. But i think you might be over working your lower pectorials a bit. How do you feel after chest workout. What your routine looks like i am very curious.

I only do chest once a week. I do....
    -4sets flat bench
    -4sets of incline
    -4sets of decline
    -3sets of flat dumbells
    -3sets of incline dumbells
    -3sets of fly's
    -then i do some push-ups

I don't think it's too much... My entire chest get's real sore the next day and usually stays that way for 3 or 4 days.

420 x1 and the wife pressed down with her upper body on the static peak...

remember you grow muscles when you sleep...

it's getting harder and harder to tear down/stress the muscles..

    recovery is very fast..

thanks for all the replies... Im very happy with the way i've been improving. Give me a few more months and i should easily hit my 300 mark. And yeah you definately gotta watch out for your shoulders, my dad used to do powerlifting comp's... until he messed up his shoulder, now he can't really go to heavy with the weights.

Looks good bro, but u are doin way to many presses. Keep it to 3 presses, at the max... Just switch your routine up constantly so you shock your muscle, you will see tremendous results that way.
