it's not really possible to tell by looking at someone's workout if they're overtraining, cause everyone responds differently to different work amounts, and recover at different rates. If you start getting the signs of overtraining, then you know to cut it back

I personally would be overtraining with a program set up like that. I find that if I train any bodypart other then calves more then once a week I will not make gains. Make sure your diet is in check and you are getting adequate rest to limit overtraining.

Try a routine setup like this:

    Monday Chest and bis
Tues Legs (quads, hams and calves)
    Wed off
    Thrus Back and bis
    Fri shoulders, traps and calves
    Sat and sun off

Remember you grow while you rest not while in the gym so not necessarily is more better.

Also, your endurance tends to go up and you tend to recover quicker while on cycle. So the same program can be overtraining while off cycle, but be just perfect for on cycle.
