    Hi bro and welcome!

First of all, you've really got to want to get fit. Without the discipline that you are going to need, you are going to have a hell of a time.

Having said that, start eating as healthily as you can and limit yourself to one cheat meal a week - on a set day. Do both cardio and weight training and most important of all - monitor your progress. Keep a training log and a diet log so that you can see your progress both visually (by the mirror) and down on paper.

    Good luck bro!

PS cut out that pizza, dude!

Simple go to the gym and work your butt off...Train hard on basic muscle groups IE bench press ..squats ..and deadlift....THE MORE MUSCLE YOU HAVE THE MORE FAT YOU WILL BURN..

So the answer to your question is no you dont have to lose the fat first...Just go for it bro and enjoy....

    Smile okey!

    okey!
    thanks guys!

for you who wanted to know how old i am.. i am 17(will turn 18 this year)
    so im quite young!

i talked to some guy about this..he said it was impossible to build muscles and loose fat at the same time..
so if i work out hard at the gym i suppose my body will change?
    i have about 10-15kg overweight..
i do not look so fat but i am

so..if i continue to go to the gym and work hard.. i will get rid of the fat and build muscles??

if i do aerobic training like running, walking twice a week, that wont affect my muscle training ??

ps. my english is not the best but im trying!!

one more thing.. i have alot of "extra fat" over my breasts
i want to get rid of that.. whats the best thing to do ?

    okey!

    ok diesel, thanks!

i have noticed the words cycle cutting here on this forum
    what does that mean?

my first goal is to loose the fat(thats the most important thing right now)
and try to build as much muscles as possible !
once i have lost the fat i want to start getting ALOT bigger!!

i know this cant be done over one night..
i have planned getting down to 90kg to the summer(june)
    is that possible..
of course, the numbers on the (the thing you messure your weight, cant remember the word for it) dosen't matter!

as long as the fat goes away im happy and can begin with my second goal.. get big, but not to big! hehe

Actually you can, if you're new to training. Just takes dedication in the gym with an efficient program and proper nutrition. Congrats on getting started.

As for advice on training... follow the advice in my sig.

Congradute on your decision to start now while you are still in your prime of your youth. Unfortuneatly there is no such thing as "spot" reduction. The best that you can do is to develope a good cardio routine and stick to it. Your body will lose the extra pounds that you have evenly over your entire body. Work hard at developing a good diet. Diet is the key to anything that you wish to accomplish in the gym weather you are an professional body builder or just starting out like yourself. Locate a good gym, talk to them about what type of price range you will be able to afford. Stay focoused on your goals. The best way to do that is to surround yourself with those who have similar goals as yours and you will find them in the gym. Good luck, and keep us posted on your results.
