    help me out please

    i like to do 1 RPM on bench, squat and deads.. but does this 1 rep give any results? should i stick to doing 4-6 reps * 3sets for example than to do 2 sets with 4-6 reps and then max out on the last one?
    what gives better results?

    do a search on static training..

    1 rep per exercise..
