Thread: Shoulders--Rear Delts

Anyone know some great excersizes for rear delts? I started lifting 4-5 days a week about 10 months ago--put on 17 lbs of muscle, and I am pretty satisfied with all BUT my rear delts.
Any suggestions? The only thing I have been doing is the reverse-fly machine that you can turn around and use for pecs as well. Any cable excersizes?

There are a couple of cable excercises, but I don't even know how to describe them. They involve putting the bench on a slight incline, having the cables on either side of you on the bottom pulley, sitting on the bench with your chest down. Cross the pulleys and lift them out to your sides. If you can do more than 10lbs in each hand you're probably doing it wrong.

YO! 151 and Barcelo, thanks for the feedback. before this, i only had 1 or 2 exercises i would do incoporate in my shoulder workout for rear delts. i may dedicate a seperate day for these now. they need to equal out to the rest of my shoulders, i look lopsided right now...

i do bent over lateral raises and i do a reverse fly machine works great but yea i know how you feel DJ my rear is the funkiest looking one
