    Arnold's T3 Workout

    I just found Arnold's workout that got him in shape for Terminator 3.
    I just started it myself and it seems to do an awesome job. I just wanted to see what you guys thought of it. It seems like overtraining to me, but it obviously works.

    He does 2 a days.

    Mon/Wed/Fri
    Workout #1

    Bodypart Exercise sets reps
    Delts Machine Front press 5 15
    cable lateral raise 5 15
    Reverse pec-deck 5 15

    Biceps barbell curls 5 15
    preacher curls 5 15
    Concentration curls 5 15

    Triceps cable pressdowns 5 15
    tricep extensions 5 15
    overhead extension 5 15

    Workout #2

    Bodypart Exercise sets reps
    abs crunch 4 25
    calves seated calf raises 4 15
    thighs leg extensions 4 15
    hamsrings lying leg curls 4 15

    Tues/Thurs/Sat
    workout #1

    Bodypart Exercise sets reps
    chest bench press 5 15
    incline dumbell press 5 15
    flat bench dumbell flys 5 15

    back Machine pulldown 5 15
    machine row 5 15
    nautilus pullover 5 15

    Workout #2

    same as mon/wed/fri

    he said he worked out 2 - 3 hours a day. at his advanced level, i guess its not overtraining

    It might be overtraining for you and others. Arnold is an elite bodybuilder and to think what works for him will do the same for you isn't very wise. Just remember "overtraining" is relative to the person who is training.

    Looks pretty horrible for anyone not on 10 gallons of gear and the most amazing genetics ever.

    he was pretty good though. I saw his interview for T3 and he was flexing his arms and it they looked awesome like he never stopped working out. And then again i have to agree what overtraining for you for him it might be just a regular/advanced routine.
