about my routine, specifically chest, and every other muscle group, i have not changed up my routine in about a year and a half now, i also never switch up the order. What is most interesting is, specifically chest, i get 5 pounds stronger EVERY SINGLE WEEK, on a rare occasion, i might take 2 weeks to increase 5 pound, buts thats very rare. the oly thing i do is progressivly increase weight and lower reps.
I change my rep range every 2 week, but never change excersizes or their order
