    Ankle soreness....

Heard and felt a little click in the upper part of my ankle earlier today, by tonight it has sweeled a bit and is tender.

Tomorrow is squat day, should I hold off or not?

Hold off a day if you can Cannes (no pun intended). The swelling and pain could be of concern. Keep us posted.

I had these ankle problem last year. It was very hard walking, let alone lifting, BUT I continued my training regardless of the pain.....so, it took around 2.5 weeks to heal! I guess I should have just rested, and let it heal completely for a few days

I think I am gonna stay off of it today, as it is better this morning. I used some epsom salts last night, soaked it reall well. That seemed to take most of the swelling out.

    Thanks again bro.
