    Circuit Training Excercises For Women

I'm training to be a "trainer" at my gym. I know countless routines and excercises for men whether they want to get huge, cut, or get in shape. But when it comes to women I noticed the typical "female" gym member all have the same beliefs. They dont want to get "buff" only slightly toned and lose fat. I've learned a few things from the head trainer at my gym, but I would like your guys' imput on good excercise for women in all genres (Upper and Lower body, Abs) All imput and advice would be immensly appreciated. Thanks guys.

women should work out the same way men do. the typical female gym members all have the same beliefs because they're all STUPID. women, in general, don't know the first thing about looking good. They think being skinny is what they want...but it's not. What happens when they focus on losing weight, they end up smaller, but still FAT. To get "slightly toned" as a female, you have to bust your ass and lift like a man. I know, because I've been doing it for a year and I look "slightly toned," although my goal is to be more on the "buff" side, so I will have to work even harder. You, as the trainer, should enlighten these women. Remind them that women cannot build muscle the way men do and they will not get "bulky" unless they take steroids , and also that each pound of muscle burns 50 calories a day and will aid in fat loss.

Just do what Kim says. Women can train just like men, there is no difference.
