Work out sheets

Does anyone know of a web site to download work out sheets to keep track of my training? I am sick of the one that I am using now.

ehh not sure but you can make your own really easy

if im not mistaken I beleive www.bodyforlife.com has a few. or www.supplementgiant.com (not sure about ASN! check there too ) has a workout recording book that gives you tips, tricks, and is quite nice to use. has a place for all your workouts, you reps, sets, lbs, etc. and the daily calorie intake, fat, etc. great if you're really serious about keeping track of what yo do.
